For orders below the free-shipping threshold, the applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

The free-shipping threshold is calculated based on the order value after discounts have been applied.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Please note:

· Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

· Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated shipping date displayed on the relevant product page.

· Orders placed during holidays, promotional events, product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume may require additional processing time.

· Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Customers will not be charged any additional customs or import fees upon delivery.
